|  | | Lite Cardio ~ Mon 5pm & Wed 5:30pm Beginners and advanced fitness enthusiastics benefit from this class! It is a full body workout with low to moderate intensity. The participant determines the degree and intensity. To build strength and conditioning, students use weights, the ball and resistance tubing in a music setting. | |

|  | | Standing Strong ~ Wed 10:15am The Standing Strong program incorporates walking (inside and out), tension bands, light weights, stretching and light exercise. Usually all the classes are set to great music. | |

|  | | Traditional Yoga ~ Thurs 5:30pm The traditional yoga class is held by Theresa Novak. This class offers all the benefits that the more traditional type of yoga has to offer in meditation, breathing exercises and postures. | |
