A free "one on one" program to improve quality of life and wellness for breast cancer patients and survivors.  Physical Activity Intervention fo Surviving Breast Cancer.
This program was developed specifically fo anyone who has or had breast cancer; pre-treatment, during treatment or after treatment.
Meet with a specialist to learn ways to support yourself and your body that increase your energy level, reduce pain, improve range of motion, strength and balance, and restore confidence.

About the instructor: Abby Peck
Abby Peck is an exercise specialist with an MA in Exercise and Sport Science.  She has worked for 20 years as a Coach, Teacher, Mentor and Personal Trainer.  Currently she teaches at Marywood University.
Abby has worked exstensively with breast cancer patients.  She is known for designing and implementing effective, individualized training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels.
